We warranty our work

Every repair comes with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. Some maintenance services and major components and assemblies come with alternative or extended warranties. Please call us with any questions about our repair warranties at:

New car and extended warranties - Warranty servicing

If your vehicle is under the new car warranty and we find something that may be covered by that warranty, we will put it in writing for your dealership service department to inspect. We can perform any maintenance service your new car warranty specifies without paying high dealership prices or compromising that warranty.

If you have an extended warranty from your insurance company, a fleet contract, a contract from an authorized new or independent used car dealership, etc., we can work with that warranty's administrator to get repairs completed as approved and authorized.
 

Genuine factory parts

We use genuine factory parts. If a part is no longer available from the factory dealership, then we can get parts manufactured to original equipment manufacturer specifications (OEM) by a vendor that purchased the equipment from the factory or that made the OEM part originally for the factory. You can be confident that only the highest quality parts will be used to service or repair your vehicle.
 

Pre-purchase vehicle inspections

Before purchasing a used vehicle take advantage of our pre-purchase inspection. You will receive a comprehensive, written evaluation of the vehicle's condition and test drive results.
